I'm making phone calls and reaching out to friends, but I know my friends here really understand. I'm glad you're doing ok Alpha and thanks for the support. I really appreciate it from you all.
I'm trying to find things to do to get away from the boredom I'm feeling. That's a dangerous thing for me. It interferes with my attempt to relax. I'm hoping I don't dream too much tonight. Since I've been on the patch, that's all I've been doing...dreaming, dreaming, dreaming and weird ones as well.
I'm still craving sweets, but that's all right. I've got hard candies to take care of that and chocolate. I've been treating myself a little bit for having 3 days under my belt. I'm looking forward to Day 4 which I'm hoping will be a bit easier. The first 3 days are the toughest for me from my experience in the past. And the 3rd day is a whopper.
I'm here for you too Alpha. Take good care everybody and hope to talk to you all tomorrow. Have a good night.
