Sparky, we get to a part of our quit that is a bit easier and we start thinking is that it? What next? Everytime you think about it, remind yourself of how it was when you smoked....... and what you went through to get to where you are now, this should help quiet the demon. I don't think you are getting complacent, I think you are ready to move on. It's a phase not been reached before, and along come the junkie thoughts to go with it. Go get that kitty TODAY. No one says you have to wait till day 180. You know you are going to do it...and that is one heck of a way to commit. Hi Sparky. Recommitting is a great idea! Theres never a bad time to go over why you are quitting etc but when it is not in your mind then it seems a great time to recommit.
