Penguin, I get get the kitty early. We are going to be going to see our daughter in a couple weeks and then she told me she maybe home for thanksgiving. Give thought to getting a kitten after that. Everytime you think about it, remind yourself of how it was when you smoked....... and what you went through to get to where you are now, this should help quiet the demon. Hi Sparky. Recommitting is a great idea! Theres never a bad time to go over why you are quitting etc but when it is not in your mind then it seems a great time to recommit.
