Nausea

Mel, Have you also checked with the doctor or pharmacist about your nausea? Perhaps it is a side effect or reaction that you need to discuss. They are there to answer your questions. Don't hesitate to ask! Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Hi Sarah, I get nausea too, I have been on meds for 3 weeks now and just started getting nausea every evening around 4:30 with a headache, it lasts till 8ish. Dont know if its anxiety or has something to do with my meds. I feel like I'm going to throw up...but never do.

Sarah, What relaxation techniques are you using? Something as simple as breathing exercises may help you with the nausea. Check with your doctor and pharmacistfor medication side effects as well. Also try some basic stretches to loosen and relax your body. Hope this helps, Josie ______________________________ The Panic Center Support Team.

Hi Sarah, I know just how you feel. Nausea is the worst of my symptoms. I wake up with it every morning, and the only thing that seems to help is sitting in a hot shower and letting the hot water soothe me. Problem is, I can sit there for hours... Who has time for that? Mine come out of nowhere as well. From out of a deep sleep...etc.... and often when I am just sitting watching tv. I can deal with the tension and mood swings and racing heart... but the nausea is too much to deal with.

hi, i suffer from constant nausea. When i am panicked my nausea is soo bad i feel like i could vomit at any moment. 99% of the time i never puke and i end up feeling ok. It has made me avoid certain activities that trigger my anxiety but i also get random attacks out of nowhere for no reason at all. i was wondering if anyone else feels like this and if anyone has any tips to calm themselves down and feel better.
