Hey Excel, Hang on tight girl! You are almost through the worst. It doesn't matter how bad you feel the addiciton is, you CAN overcome it and you are doing it! Get yourself some cold water, hard candy, gum, straws, chocolate and settle in here. Read everything you can here, old posts and new, it really helps! Do the program and stick with it. Use self talk lots too, pump yourself up for this, you can do it and we are proof that anyone can do it! It gets so much better, it is so worth the effort! :)
