hey Gin, for weeks I would think of smoking. ie...last time I did this I smoked here, or last time I ate here I smoked, in fact when I went to the beach the week I quit I was worried about going smoke free.
That stops, pretty soon you do all the things you used to, but as a non-smoker. Now, when I run into smokers, the smell of smoking, etc...it irritates me, I guess I am one of those quitters, the annoying kind :)
Anyway, pretty soon you notice other smells, other things, your surroundings and you don't think about it so much.
Plan a big reward, a week is HUGE!!
