Ive been on Prozac 10mg for 4 weeks and the panic is better but I still have the dizzy sensation now and then. It seems to get worse when my upper body is tense. My ears pop alot too. I feel like I am just nuts.
Mel,
I'm not sure when that feeling went away for me probably after my first week on Lexapro. For me, it happened when I stood in one place for two long. If I was waiting in line it was pretty much automatic that I would hold onto something just to re-assure myself that I wasn't going to tip over.
I believe part of the problem was me worrying that I was going to get dizzy so I gave myself some anxiety. I'm not sure if I just put that feeling on the back burner or it was the Lexapro kicking in but after two weeks, I'm not feeling that sensation anymore. Perhaps you want to give it another week or so and see if things improve and not worry about it too much.

Hi canadianmel,
I switched zoloft and have been taking paxil now for a few days. it makes me feel tired and dizzy. Even a bit depressed, and that i never felt on zoloft. Maybe it's just not for us??
Hi,
I have been on Paxil 10mg for about a week and half now and have not had any major panic since. However I still have anxiety symptoms that come and go like that feeling of a wave of adrenaline rush through your body as well as dizziness and feeling off balance. I feel fine today, not panicky, yet I still feel dizzy like my eyes arn't seeing things properly. Did anyone still experience anxiety symptoms still while taking meds. am I being too impatient for these things to be fully working? it's like somedays I just wake up and know its going to be an off day, I just can't seem to shake this "off balance" feeling...it almost sent me into panic again...will this ever go away for good?
