Prove it can be done. Smoked for 30 years and of course the year that it finally all fell into place as far as quitting goes was the begininng of the most stressful 2 years of my live. Having to deal with several family members illnesses and it is not over yet as my father has Alzheimers. I never thought I would be able to quit much less stay quit during never ending stress. It is true that if you really want to quit you can. After that first week I never gave in because I knew if I had one it would be over and I did not want to have to start over again. It is true that even though you may have a crave after you quit it does get to be less of a crave. It is true also that even if you have a crave every once in a while, when you are smoking you start to crave when you are done with your last smoke. You are craving ALL the time when you smoke. When you let yourself see all these things to be true and take back your mind instead of letting the cigarette think for you, that is when you will have the power to be successful. You have to want to quit more then you want to smoke. It is really all up to you. Take back your power!
