Sprquits, Keep that positive attitude! You are going through "Heck and Hell" weeks so you will have cravings. Start learning some of your trigger and ways to cope with them. Keep the updates comming. Brenna Bilingual Health Educator

So yesterday must have been the worst day up to now. The cravings were driving me insane and having a depaneur (convenience store) in the building does not help :P. But I did not cave in, I made it through. I have to say my true friends are helping deal with the weak moments a lot. Every time I'm not feeling so strong they pull me back to reason and tell me how strong I've been already. That always motivates me. I have now saved 20 bucks and gained a few extra minutes of life. I'm excited to get to the end of week one. I can't wait! Honestly though I seriously thought yesterday that each day I was feeling worse. My first and second days were actually pretty bearable. I was so motivated and excited about it that I didn't even feel any cravings. I didn't want a cigarette. Comes day 3 and things change. Cravings started kicking in hard and day 4 was just hell for me. But this morning I woke up refreshed. I got through it, and it feels great! I did some yoga in the morning again, put on a bright smile and congratulated myself for keeping strong last night and not take that elevator downstairs to get a pack of smokes. I feel great! Having a coffee wasn't as hard as yesterday and following it with water does help quite a bit. Now I'm taking it a day at a time. In a couple of days I can say I've been smoke free for a week and I just can't wait to celebrate it!! Think positive everyone :D My Milage: My Quit Date: 10/28/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 4 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 60 Amount Saved: $19.50 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 7 Mins: 33 Seconds: 50
