Your most welcome...and Thank you! Yeah, my first few days it was the evenings that were hardest for me. Before the quit I was either at the keyboard playing some music, or sitting at the computer. Either way I had a lit cigarette at ALL times.
45 days in and I'm SSOOOO happy that I don't smoke anymore! I can't even imagine myself smoking now. It would just feel wrong. {If that makes any sense.} Oh I still get a little crave now and then, but it's really nothing. And it's not even a crave from nicotine. It's the habit of reaching for a smoke during a certain action. A "trigger." I just laugh and go on.
Stay the quit! I can tell you it gets easier as you go. That confident feeling your now getting will grow, and with it comes more inner strength. YAHOO!! It's uphill from here!
