I am trying to do my baby steps. I've been on Lexapro for over 3 months already and it still does not seem to go away. But I do feel better overall.
i did feel the same as you at first but slowly im getting back out i do still feel most confort at home but also take paxil cr and i di take zanak when i get that feeling upon leaving the house but like i siad its be a little over 2 months and things are getting better so hang in there and do what im doing taking baby steps

Does anyone have an agoraphobia and can share their experience of overcoming? I don't like going out because I feel panic when not at home.
I am taking Lexapro 20mg and Xanax when I need to go somewhere.
