How about you? The Lord helps those who help themselves too! You're doing the work Mr. Lucky, be thankful for the opportunity but you yourself are doing this with His help! So, go do it! keep on going for as long as it takes to get the job done! Be a quitter! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 226 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,650 Amount Saved: $2,384.30 Life Gained: Days: 27 Hrs: 14 Mins: 45 Seconds: 43

It's a tough question and one that I probably shoudn't ponder too much. I feel this quit has been blessed and acually had people from a few different churches praying for me to quit. Sometimes when I feel like I'm caving in, I think about my folks who died from smoking. I really don't take too much credit at this point. I almost broke down this morning after I left the ER with narcotics in me (gall stones) and am so glad I didn't. The main thing that's working besides chantix is God. Cognitive stuff or new age mumbo-jumbo never helped me. all the best
