HI, Gin. You can do this, you're almost through the worst part! Lots of people have had trouble in the morniong. ALoha's advice to change your morning routine is right on.
What also worked for me was taking a shower & brushing my teeth very first thing. That way, I smell good & my mouth tastes fresh by the time I'm fully awake & I don't want to wreck that with gross, filthy, disgusting, stinky smoke.
Hang in, Gin, it gets so much better & it is so worth it.
