Okay you are on Ms Unhooked. I have some size 6s that I would like to wear. Most still fit, but some extra pounds off would make them look much better. So Princess, want to get an move with us :p I am ready and I commit to eating like a "grown-up" and up my exercise. That's the way, Sparky. I'm with you, it's time I stopped saying I'm going to do something & actually do something about it. I don't know why but my walking & running have really fallen off & I haven't been eating bad stuff but at odd times instead of regular meal times. Also, I've been drinking more beer since the TV season started. So I commit right here to eat like a grown up, at meal times, & to cut back my beer consumption to only weekends. I also comnmit to get back to my 90 minute walk/runs, 3 times a week. I don't know how much I've gained because I haven't weighed myself in years, but my goal is to fit into my size 6 clothes from this time last year. I mean fit into them properly, not so my butt looks like 2 puppies wrestling in a sack! Well I haven't gained 20 pounds, but they are starting to show themselves. When I quit this time I was watching what I ate and upped my exercise. I kept it off for about 4 months. The last couple months I have been eating all the wrong things, backed off my walking because of the remodel we are doing in the house. I am so mad at myself :eg: I need to off my rear and hit the trails or the treadmill. I have been going to my workout 5 times a week instead of 3 and trying to do 30 minutes on the treadmill. That part is easy, but I need to eat better. So are we going to let those ugly pounds get the best of us. Of course not, we are beating smoking we can beat the weight !!! Come on girl lets kick those pounds to the curb. Hey I lost 3 lbs. That was naked after a shower but I feel thinner. Doing the WW thing and don't like eating whole grain bread with wood chips in it but whatever works. Now it's raining and I can't walk don't feel like it anyway. Certain kinds of food and less of it. No chips or crackers in the house. I do like dill pickles the taste remains for long tome. Princess, you need to up the exercise. I just lost weight this week, had to up my walking and do strength training three times a week, as well as watch what I am eating! It does work. No KFC though! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 225 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 5,625 Amount Saved: $2,373.75 Life Gained: Days: 27 Hrs: 12 Mins: 27 Seconds: 22
