Sorry to hear you had a bad weekend Lady ((((((((((((Lady))))))))))))
You just proved to yourself, that you can get thru anything! No matter how bad it was, you are still here and still not smoking! That is very important. We, as ex smokers have to learn how to get through the really bad emotions by feeling them, and letting them go. Non smokers don't look for the crutch like we do, they deal with the emotions and move on. So be proud of yourself, even if its still scarey and fresh, you are right, nothing on this earth, no matter how awful, can be made better by smoking. Absolutely Nothing! NOPE :)
