Congratulations Khris! Isn't it amazing how when we really have no choice we can usually help ourselves and calm an attack? Does it make you feel more positive about the future? Sometimes when I have a success like that it encourages me to do other things. Good for you. Rachele
I did survive my 3 day alone road trip. With one panic attack that I quickly overcame on my own in the car. I mean, what else could I do? Slam on the breaks in downtown Dalls??!!?? I am WOMAN! Hear Me (weep!)
