:)Everyone has a moan day now and then. How about starting a gratitude journal today? It's a great distraction and it's positive. Get a notebook, journal, or just a piece of paper and sit down with a cup of hot tea and start listing all the things you're grateful for. It works best if you write out each time: 1. I am grateful for ............ 2. I am grateful for ........... This is one of the ways I have learned to turn my negative feelings around pretty quickly. Suffering with panic makes it so easy for us to concentrate on all the neg. in our lives. We have to work at seeing the positive. Thinking about you today! :)
