Checkin in! Better late than never. It's great to see everyone and congratulations to all you March Mellowers!
Like many, I sometimes think I want a cigarette, but the thought passes very quickly. It's not really a crave, just a thought. It really feels great to be a non-smoker!
Great to see you Aloha and you are absolutely right, we all rock!

Hey thanks for poppin' in you quitters!!! That 'drive by' greeting was nice too!! Aloha, no we haven't seen PRB for a couple of months, but my bet is he is doing just fine, probably singing his way along...
Nice to see ya Bartman! Gen! FreeMom! And our very own Jersey Girl Kita! And how could I forget our honourary March Mellow, Unhooked. (You know you really wanted to quit in March) There's still a few members we have not see in quite a while, if you're lurking - pop in! :)

Here!!! :)
Just a drive-by "Hi!", and a promise to check in and write a post or 50 later in the week.
And yes, Bart, I think you're right. I too believe that most of the Marchmellows are doing just fine... but that we're more focused living the new non-smoking lives we've poured so much of ourselves into.
And like you... I'm starting to really enjoy being a non-smoker. I still think of smoking... but I rarely 'crave' anymore. It's nice! :)

I'm still going strong. Go to the gym often to lift some weights and jog 3 to 4 miles almost every day. Appears I've replaced one addiction with another which is fine by me. Never have felt better and I can honestly say that I don't think about smoking much at all any more.
I would have to assume that there is still quite a few of us who are not smoking, they just have moved on in their lives to enjoy their new found freedom.
Bart
