I'm doing ok now...for now...I just unpacked a whole bunch of freight and kinda having fun with that.
I have a couple of hours to go before work is done but my oldest girl comes here after school and I promised myself I wouldn't smoke around them again...so that will make it a bit easier.
I think once I kick this habit I will have to kick the baskin robins candy habit...;) at least it isn't as unhealthy...
Thanks again you guys are awesome!!!

Hi all,
Well here goes day three...Things have been not too bad alot better than I thought..I have been going through lots of candies and water and seem to be coping so, so. I was kept busy last night with a window salesman so I didn't even think about it until he was gone and I thought "oh good now I can have my smoke"..NOT!! I called my mom and chatted then went to bed, feeling great I didn't...
I didn't sleep well but today is another day...my boyfriend decided today was his quit day, If he keeps with it, it will be easier for both of us.
Thanks again for the support
:)

Congratulation! You did it!!
A day to remember Huh? Don't ever forget how much courage you have and how much strength you have. When you have those cravings, think back on these early days and ask youself, do I really want to be back here again? Start out again at ground zero? None of us do!
Stay quit! You can do it!
