Well here goes..today is my quit day and I am armed and dangerous...I have water, fruit, and candy and a strong attitude...Bring it on!!! I started the morning out a little shaky but after some positive thinking I am feeling better and ready to face the day....I just find that when I smoked I never really thought about smoking...sometimes never had one until noon. Now that I am trying to quit completely that is all I think about...why does our brain and body fight so hard against us..It just ins't fair... Anyway, here goes the day I might be back later but I know I can do this.
