That's right, nh2q! Concentrate on one thing at a time, think about that one little task & nothing else, then the next one & so one.
Fuzzy brain is common, it will probably last a few days. I once went down to the laundry room and when I got there, I couldn't remember why. Then I remembered oh yeah, it's the laundry room, I must be doing laundry. Then I realized I hadn't brought the laundry with me. So I laughed at myself, went back upstairs & immediately forgot what I was supposed to be doing. It took about 3 days to get that laundry done!
Be patient with yourself, be good to yourself. Imagine how proud you're going to be at the end of the day!
