Does anyone deal with this? for days, maybe even a week you go through like this manic high. You are busy, you are productive, you feel great and your energy is just amazing and emotionally, your doing fine. THEN BOOM. You have a panic attack out of the clear blue sky that sets you back for days. I don't understand why this is, I am going to speak to my doctor about it. I had a whopper of one today (see under Foolish post and it was just AWFUL!!!!! but it was right in the middle of a great, relaxing and easy day. No stress, no worries just BAM and there it was! Set me back for a good hour and I am still bummed over it. Sniff...
