hi i found this group while i was searching for information about anxiety attacks lots of good information here that has helped me feel better i have had some panic attacks just resently i believe they started from my husband being deployed in iraq for a year i didnt have any while he was away, and he has been home now for 6 months, so i have been very upset that now out of the blue when everything is going good why should i have any now? about 8 years ago i had panic attacks when he was deployed to bosnia and they just went away with time when he was home and safe and i have a thyroid problem too and my doctor got me to take some blood tests to make sure the dosage wasnt too high so i am hoping that maybe that is part of it thanks for listening
