Blue Cloud, as much as anything... I think it's just where you're at in your quit. When I was at about that same place, it was still pretty tough at times. For one thing, battling the cravings day after day was getting to me (I felt worn down)... and sometimes I wondered if I was really adjusting...though I was quite sure that I was.
Well, let me assure you, you are changing... you're becoming a non-smoker and before long you'll really start to experience life as a non-smoker. I still have moments when I start thinking like a smoker again, but those thoughts have almost no power anymore.
Hang in there Blue Cloud! Give yourself as much time as it takes... but I promise you... before long you'll begin to see a very big difference in how you think and feel.
