BC we are getting the same weather here in Nebraska. I love fall!! I think for me when I hear something like changing season, # of days, etc. an unwanted seed is planted. I think each day brings us a day further away from our last cig and sometimes the junkie is just trying to shake us up. Remember we are killing the junkie and he doesn't go away without some screaming and kicking :eg: You are doing great for a "Sooner" LOL. Hi Everyone, Sparky, I'm doing good on this Wednesday. We are getting the first fall air in Oklahoma and it has broken a streak of humid weather. The changing of a season, I have heard ,is a strong trigger. Yesterday was not an easy day and the help I recieved from all of you is greatly appreciated.
