Janna,
Listen. There isn't anything wrong with you. There are a lot of people who lose their quits between the 80 to 130 day range. Something about the quit and what our bodies go through I guess. I've seen a lot of quitters give up in this time frame. Please don't be one of them. Your coping skills you used in the beginning still work. Go back to using them. If you think about it, this is nothing like Hell week. It's bad but it isn't that bad. You have already made it through worse so you can make it through this too. I remember saying it was like a last ditch efford of the nicodemon to get me to go back to smoking. Refuse to give in to the enslavement again.
You are doing great. If you haven't already done so, it is reward time. Do something extra special for yourself. You've been doing great on the dieting. Order a pizza! Laugh, cry, scream, break dishes, pitch a fit, whatever it takes, just don't smoke. This time will pass and you will be on to the next stage of your quit. Don't give up now. You've come too far and you are almost out of the critical part of the quit.
