Hey cal i've also have goten a few headaches latly after being smoke free a little over a month but when I saw my doctor he said it was just my body healing from not smoking. But like most everyone else said I would call your doctor just to make sure it isnt anything serious. Hey Cal, Before I quit I would get at least one sinus infection a year. When I quit, I had two serious sinus infections in the first two months. Doc gave me meds and told me my sinus's were just being cleansed. No smoke holding the crap in there, just all started draining. Now at almost a year, I still get some stuffiness but I have not had another sinus infection since. Just hang there and day by day your body adjusts and things get better. Good Luck 39 days is great. Hey Cal! I had sinus problems when I quit. Still do, only now it's just stuffiness, not much pain any more. I do think maybe the smoking was masking some allergies, because since harvest started, I am stuffed up and coughing.(I live on the prairies) It will get better, I do know that. I used to have alot of headaches - very seldom now! :) Keep on going! It is so worth it! cal, Every body will react differently to quitting. It is your body's way of healing and it may take some time. Keep in mind that smoking does have a habit of masking problems that will surface once you have quit. Check with your doctor to rule out anything medical. Josie, Support Specialist

Hey everyone, I have been looking on the internet for over an hour to see if when you quit smoking, is it common to start getting sinus headaches?? Every day for the past 2 weeks, at the same time every day, my glands around my neck feel throbby,I feel sinus pressure, and I get an incredible headache that lasts a few hours. Has anyone experienced anything like this?? Thanks!!!
