thanks for checking in... I have 2.5 hours left for a 48hr quit!!!! That may sound sooo silly but this is a day at a time for me Today has been okay.. I have been alone, off work and without children. Talked to an old friend that has been smoke fee for five years and she shared with me that she has a few times still that she would like to smoke.. but she doesn't smoke anymore!!! Tuesday is my stressful day back at work... but I have to make this work.. Thanks guys for the post!! I can not tell how motivating it is to open up this page and find people that really care... I know my family cares.. but they have NO idea what is going on in my head & body right now. I did get zyban and this is my 2nd week so it should be in my system by now and using the patch during the day. Believe it or not I have more energy than I know what to do... I can not believe what I have accomplished and it's only 10:30 am my time... thanks again My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/25/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 2 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 40 Amount Saved: $6.00 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 6 Mins: 18 Seconds: 20

doodles, Welcome! You have your head and heart in the right place and you can do this! How about a little preparation to get you started? Get out those coping mechanisms and avoidance techniques and start making a list. Use activities, hobbies, relaxation techniques and exercise to keep you busy and keep those craves where they belong. You have Monday off so take that time to give your body some rest and let it begin healing. We are always here for you and can be of great assistance to you and your journey. Hey Doodles, Welcome back. Don't put to much focus on this being 3rd quit. Try to look back and see what made you relapse so you can avoid those things if possible. It doesn't matter how many times we have to restart as long as we get there. Hang tough I know you can do this. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/21/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 159 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,180 Amount Saved: $1,033.50 Life Gained: Days: 22 Hrs: 10 Mins: 54 Seconds: 9
