Doodles
Not silly at all..that's the way it usually is the first few days.
I think it helps to plan ahead when you know you are going to be facing triggers. Look at when/why/how you smoked while working. If it was while you were sitting at your desk or talking on the phone, have substitutes ready, like straws, toothpicks, sugarfree mints, lollipops. And make sure you always have a bottle of ice cold water with you. If you used to smoke as a way to mark the end of a task, prepare some other reward, like take a brief walk, do a word find, read a page or two of a book or magazine, come here and read and post. You can post as many times a day as you want, you know. We LIKE to see how people are doing ;)
Acknowledge that you feel like having a cigarette, or used to have one at those certain times, but then assert that you are not going to smoke. Why? Because you are a non smoker now, and nonsmokers don't smoke!!!! Ever!!@!!@!
