Hi Sparky, Babykitty just bought a new stuffed toy kitten today (really cute), and do you know what she named it? (((Sparky))) I do some Chantix (self regulated in small quantities), I've stopped as much walking, water drinking and have been trying to remodel the laundry room cost effectively... and I really understand some of your feelings! I think we're normal; sorta:) Let's get back on the take good care of ourselves train. Toot! skuez me. Here's a paw lick... mamakitty My Milage: My Quit Date: 8/14/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 14 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 210 Amount Saved: $52.50 Life Gained: Days: 1 Hrs: 12 Mins: 55 Seconds: 44

Hey Sparky, So sorry your having to fight off the scruffy craving. Hate it when he bites at your ankle like that especially when you are dealing with much more important issues than cravings! I guess you didn't save a few of them? Shucks, if you saw my post I had to take a 1/2 of one when dealing with some anxiety (I call it ANGER!!!). After that I was fine. I probably would have been fine if I just stuck it out a few more hours. Maybe a good walk (if not too hot) would help?? Thanks Anna I thought about that too. It could be just the point in my quit, but that wave that hit was really bad. I am going to call the doctor tomorrow and let her help make a decsion on taking more Chantix. There are many here on the site that have seen me quit and stop so many times. Now they are seeing me with a real and lasting quit. It is so important for me to stay that way. So if it means I need a more time to adjust to not smoking and taking meds for a couple more months I will. Again thanks to every single one of you. You made my day and then some (((Group Hug)))) Keep the Quit Sparky Today has been good. Took a long walk, did some things around the house, drank lots of water and all is good. Hey Sparky, I just read through this post again. Check out your stats...I craved really bad at 30, 60, 90, and 120 days. (give or take of course) Maybe that is what is going on with you too. I still have days (not many AT ALL) that I crave a smoke. I don't really want one though. It is strange, but normal!
