I guess there are lots of factors that affect the outcome and we are afterall just a little different. ;p

Bear, that is a common feeling...so I've done all this work, now what?
I would like to share with you something that another quitter recently wrote. Perhaps it will help.
whilst driving home last night, and just outside the petrol station it hit me...and i realized...i HAVE quit..this is it..... as soon as i chose not smoke, i've quit. I wonder if the fact I've always failed long term is because I've been waiting for this magical mythical moment that doesnt come..a moment where after putting in a few weeks or months of work I expect to reach a point where I gradute into a NON SMOKER and will be able to do it easily without thinking. I expected to be rewarded with being officially "quit"....but maybe this day wont come..all I need is to keep choosing.
This is the quit. This is it right now. I am a non smoker. I just need to keep going and not wait for it to be magically easier. Because it might not be.
And if I can do one day, then I can do them all....
Good luck, Bear!
Rusty :)

I know this might seem a little strange but I'm disappointed.I just don't have that feeling of accomplishment that so many of you seem to be experiencing.Maybe it's because I've overcome alot more adverse things that quitting nicotine.I'm not trying to be a wise a-- and just wondered if anybody else felt the same way :quest:
