Hey 1939Bear, Where is that good old Positive Attitude, or that Great Motivation You are supose to have, You're not supose to loose that, that stay's with You until eternity, No Offense, But Your Dreaming, You know, 145 days of being quit on these cigerettes is nothing to sneeze at, You should be on Cloud Nine, I sure was at 4 months, There was no looking back for me, You smoke like me for 40 years, and Your not thrilled that You've quit for 4 months, Oh Friend, Your not looking at the Big Picture, I walk over two miles aday, eat healthy foods,
I guess Everyone has ther own outlook on Quitting there addiction, I always think of it in Health wise, I will be 70 in December, and I hope to reach 100, because I truly enjoy life today, without a pack of cigerettes in my pocket, supose it's like being in jail, You don't need the support of Nicotine any longer, Or have You found that out, A lot of this quitting this addiction is a mind game, You got to keep Your head on straight, and get the Eye of the Tiger, and don't let Your guard down for a minute, have always figured, Why Dwell on something, If You can have it, So go on with life, live it to the fullest, Don't be looking back over Your shoulder, You have but One life to live, Smokless In Oklahoma :)
