Hello Mercy, I 've read Your Topic, and I myself have been quit over 4 years, Why? have I stayed quit, because I have picked up another addiction to replace that cigerette addiction, You have been quit now 202 days, You should be seeing the daylight now, and out of that dark tunnel, There is a lot of things that can trigger You into going back and smoking, Myself, have taking up Excercising everyday, and I mean Everyday, To me, its like getting out of bed in the mornings, You just do it for Your good health, Yes, I am addicted to walking over two miles down the road everyday, and I love it, I take my camera, sometimes talk to my neighbors, and I also eat real healthy foods now, You might say that I'm a picture of health at 70 years old, Should be on one of those Commericals on Television, So Friend, Get the Eye of the Tiger, you take control of Your life, don't let a pack of cigerettes control You, And If Your ever get down in the Tahlequah, Oklahoma, area, Stop on bye, I'll get You a cup of coffee, Smokless In Oklahoma :)
