Hi Sarah, u found the right site to really help you quit for good! Martha's advice looks like a good idea :) This is a fresh start for you and get excited b/c your life's gonna get a lot better. I have no idea what Bobbi's talking about, LOL, guess I should'a quit on a Tues, lol. Well just take it one day/one min at a time and get through the storm so u can enjoy a, lookin good, smellin good & breathing good life :)I know that hours on this site and sleeping through the craves helped me. And drinking a lot of water is suppose to help also. The coping skills threads might help too.
