"Walk Away a Bad Habit"

16 years ago 0 3307 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Walking is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I walk 3+ miles 4 or 5 times a week. With this quit I also join a 30 minute work-out for women and go to that 3 a week. That 30 minutes have kept the weight off. I feel really good that I have not gained with this quit as that's the excuse I used the last time I went back to smoking. Eating healthy, drinking lots of water and exersice has made a huge differece. Thanks for the bump Lainy. I believe!! I'm walking regularly. I even park on the far side of the parking lot when I go to a store or to work to add some more steps to my day. I've never been much of a dancer though. I do dance just not well or often. Exercise makes me appreciate my quit even more. I don't get winded as quickly or as easily. I have more energy all the time and I sleep well. This feels too good to be bad.
Keep Walking Just check this out...... The Organs of your body have their sensory touches at the bottom of your foot, if you massage these points you will find relief from aches and pains, the organs are on right and left foot while the heart is on the left foot. (ref. in Acupressure studies or textbooks) God created our body so well that he thought of even this. He made us walk so that we will always be pressing these pressure points and thus keeping these organs activated at all times.
So, keep walking! ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/4/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 151 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 755 Amount Saved: $151.00 Life Gained: Days: 21 Hrs: 2 Mins: 7 Seconds: 13
