On the radio this morning, a study group found that it takes just two days for young adults to begin to shows signs of cigarette addiction and they said seven days for younger people, I assume they meant teenagers.
If they only knew how long they would be smoking and the amount of money they would spend, if they really only knew�
We continue to try and undo all those smoking patterns, memories, if they only knew�
We do have some amazingly positive events to look forward to like getting through that very first day without a single smoking though. Who has experience just this, gone at least one day without thinking of smoking and about how far along in your quit were you?
