Awesome Blue, Glad to see you hold firm to your quit. I meant to warn you about the 30 day hit, Sue and I got that too. Next one around 60 days then that's it. Home free! I've got the other end of that rope and I'm not letting go. Take your time, experience the emotions you need to experience and when you are ready, climb on out of that pit. Hey SSC group, I am doing much better today (whew!) I'm still blown away by the support of this group. All of you are fabulous. I got a good nights sleep and I'm holding onto Lady's rope. I hope you all have a great day. Congrads to Nonic on the Hall of Fame. In my first week (HELL) one of his post helped me a great deal. Love to you all, My Milage: My Quit Date: 7/4/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 29 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 580 Amount Saved: $116.00 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 21 Mins: 39 Seconds: 5

Hey Blue Cloud, Hope you are feeling better. It seems only temporary and a well trodden experience by past members so don't worry about it too much. Rewards seem to be the key! Bluecloud, As a smoker, nicotine stimulated your brain to release neurotransmitters responsible for good mood. Now that you've quit, especially if you've recently step down to a lower level of NRT, your mood takes a nosedive. Rest assured this will pass but until then, be kind to yourself and do anything that may help make you feel better. Hang tight. Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist
