Trish,
congratulations on your first smoke free week. And, i want to bring up how incredibly thankful you are going to be for quitting while you are young. I see all sorts of young people in my community smoking away..they do not think of the consequences. By quitting now, you are avoiding a LIFE LONG addiction, you are avoiding that horrible smokers cough that every smoker eventually develops, you are avoiding high blood pressure medication, respiratory problems, grey skin, wrinkles around your mouth, bad breath, lack of energy. Don't forget that is what is in store for all your young friends that smoke. You are wise to quit now. You can do it. Live free.
