Hiya Ms. Lady, Thank you for being here for me tonight. When u had to hang up I was scared I might not make it through tonight. I didn't have to call ladybugg & I'm glued to my bed and this puter :) I don't know what will happen tomorrow but I'm just concentrating on tonight for right now :) Thanks again for being there as usual! I hope I can escape and catch a flight to Atl soon. Just breathe....... Joyful, I am blessed to have you as well. Thanks for being there for me today. Some days just stink and the addiction is always knocking at the door. Like you said earlier, we can start the day over at any time we want to. The sun always comes out after the rain. The addiction would control us forever if we allowed it to. I don't ever want to give in to the addiction again. I don't want to NEED a FIX. It does feel good to be free, even on the bad days. Great post, Lady. I never saw smoking as the same kind of addiction as addiction to alochol or illegal drugs. Once I did, that knowledge really helped me in my quit. I have also had the guilt about the smoking years, I think most of us have, but now I know better so I do better and the only way to get where I'm going is forward. I try not to dwell on the past. I'm really proud of yourselves, all of you, as we all should be of all of ourselves! :confuse: :quest: My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/13/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 74 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,480 Amount Saved: $814.00 Life Gained: Days: 7 Hrs: 10 Mins: 41 Seconds: 6

Nothing can change yesterday - but tomorrow? That's different. Fortunately, many of my yesterdays from the past 3 years have been great tomorrows - as tomorrow will be and yesterday was! And Mister Ed, I feel very proud of youself as I should be?!! :confuse: ;) My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/18/2004 Smoke-Free Days: 1164 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 23,280 Amount Saved: 5,820.00 Life Gained: Days: 186 Hrs: 23 Mins: 38 Seconds: 55
