Jeniwho, Generally, they will last a few days and you are making progress! Ten whole days, that's great! Don't let it discourage you. From this point you'll have ups and downs. The downs get fewer as distance is put between yourself and that last cigarette. Keep persevering! Danielle, Bilingual Support Specialist

How long do those 30, 60, and 90 craves last? I realize everyone is different..but about how long? I am approaching 90 and have actually been feeling quite a bit better for about the last ten days. However; the last two days all I think about it smoking. It's managable and I am making it through so far it just seems discouraging because I thought I was making progress. :) Stay strong! Keep in mind around 30, 60, and 90 days you may crave some - nothing like at first but they come out of nowhere and rattle you up a bit - you will be fine though! Blue Cloud! Your attitude is amazing. You will get to where you are going. You are well on your way. Remember this along the way... The journey is really the reward. I've often refered to the quit as a soul searching; life changing experience. That is what it has been for me. Congratulations on 21 days!!!! You are AWESOME! Blue Cloud, Glad you are feeling better! I am right around that time also and it is a relief to be able to see "some" light at the end of the tunnel. Way to go!!! Twenty days is great!
