Hey all friends in SSC. I am happy to report that today is my 20th day smoke free and the 1st day to be comfortable. I know I'm not any where near where I am going but I feel good enough to think I'm going to get there. The cravings were more like thoughts today. It was fairly easy to redirect my thoughts and move on. I didn't have nearly as many (thoughts) today as all the days before. I know I am getting better. Thanks to this site and all of you giving me courage to continue. I'm sure I'm going to make it.[color=Blue]BLUE CLOUD[/color]
