Hi Nance, well the meeting was not good in the least, but somehow I managed to cope (gritted teeth, smile) and I even continued my positive outlook, all the way to the end of the day. Some of my colleagues were having a rough time and I cheered them up. I like to see other people happy, it makes my day. Not having my trigger around helped of course, remember I put off working on that one yesterday.
So, once a week I allow myself one day at the end of each week to reflect on the past, the future, any thoughts and thanks, before I got back to babystepping it. It a 'reward' for making it through the week to me. I'll start composing that one now.
