You're strong, too, Rose, you just slipped. You don't stay quit for 160 days without being strong. It can happen to anyone & it doesn't have to be the end of your quit. You know you can do it for 160 days, how about you do it just for today? Dust off your coping strategies, your list of reasons, take my hand & get back up on the wagon. You are strong & we are strong & together we are far stronger than this addiction. Ok. It is time to face up. I have smoked four cigarette this week. I went on a trip with my sisters to my cousins. She had a party for us and many people were smoking. I took one and smoked it when no one was watching. Now I am back home and got a pack and have smoke two each day. I had to go for a walk so my husband would not know. I read Allen Carr's book last night and was determined to make it today. I gave in. I left the pack at the store, but know I am in bad shape. I know if I reset my meter, I will loss my motivation. Last night I was home alone and did fine.. but this am I left it take over again. I was doing great. I was happy. I had been to a number of other parites and events with smokers and was able to stay away and not smoke. I was like something just took over me. Yes, I know I gave in! My confidence is low. I do not want to be a sneak. My husband and children would be so disappointed. I can not let this happen. Nor can I lie (that is just not me). You folks are so great and strong. Help please!
