Oh Faith! It's so good to see you! I don't stop by much anymore either. I didn't realize you were in Seattle, or I would have found a way to get in touch with you. I was there three full weeks, and spent a lot of the time doing things on my own, but worked during the week. I loved my time there! Stayed on Lake Union, and I loved the floating houses! Great pictures! Congrats on your stats. I always remember you are around 80 days ahead of me! And wine and choco would have been fantastic. That is all there is, isn't it?

Hi Nance! You better believe I remember the Magic!
My granddaughter remains my joy and my light -- she'll be 3 on September 4th, so I'm trying to savor every special moment. She was just born recently, wasn't she? Where has the time gone?
How's your health these days? I know you've struggled with some new issues. I've found the same thing to be true -- it's frustrating to be facing so many new health problems AFTER I quit smoking! No justice, I tell you!
Keep the faith, my friend -- Magic hugs, too!

Interesting: I haven't been around the SSC in awhile, but glad I caught your post.
You were in my town, Seattle?!! Why didn't you tell me -- we could have had grand non-smoking, wine and chocolate fun together!
Glad you're still doing so well
As always, keep the faith

Thanks everyone! Yes, bresmom... I too smuggled lighters, but then I switched to matches just in case I was caught and had to give it up. I didn't want to waste a good lighter! ;)
Nice to see all the new quitters here. It never ends how many new people make their way to teh SSC. So glad I did... almost 200 days ago!
Still have 4 extra pounds, but I'm not sure they are ever going to budge, and I'd rather have lung power, so I'll do my best to eat healthy, and live with it. I'm not heavy, but am used to being pretty small. I probably look better with a little extra.
Hang in there everyone... quitting is the BEST thing I ever did for myself! What a wonderful gift to yourself!!

You totally inspired me! I remember smuggling a lighter onto a plane because I felt panicked that I wouldn't be able to find a light during a 20 minute layover. How pathetic was I?!
Congrats! That is so awesome!
