First of all you can go outside and take a deep deep breath, can you remember the last time you could do that?
Now while outside, stand in the shade close your eyes and smell.
I swear you will be able to smell like a bloodhound.
Now, make yourself some fresh squeezed lemonade. Or get a bottle of that Simply Lemonade. Trust me on this, you will be so amazed at how good it will taste!
Get some great fruit, it will taste fantastic.
When you get into the supermarket where the fruits and veggies are close your eyes again to see if you can smell them before you see them. It is wild!
