That was the past, buttout. In the present, smoking doesn't exist in your real world. You will make it this time, start thinking of how you will reward yourself for getting that far!! PLUS you'll get the champagne balloon ride. Thanks everyone, glad I am not alone. It might just be that I am coming up to my 30 day anniversary..... Everytime in the past that I have tried to quit smoking, I have never been able to make it past 30 days... Buttout, I have so far had 2 smoking dreams and have been very glad to wake up and no that it was just a dream. Scares you for a nmoment doesn't it. The last one was a couple nights ago and very symbolic. Going through the zoo in an open air trolley and a monkey jumped on my shoulder. My husband got the monkey off my back and put it back in it's place. I was smoking in the dream before that happened. I think this is very common and a sign of your healing. You are doing great! Keep the quit! Dreams are just dreams. I actually had one the other night and telling my friend I had quit for xx amount days. He said really, I was smoking LOL. The twist and turns of a quit. I guess if we need to smoke, them we do it in our dreams. In reality we are smoke free. HI All, I had a dream last night that I bought a pack of smokes and went to a deserted field and smoked the hole pack. I woke up feeling awful and guilty:) I was so happy that I had not actually cheated.....
