I have heard that Hydrogen cyanide is the most carcinogenic of all the crap in cigarettes. It's what eventually kills you if you keep playing Dumaurier roulette. i'm having so many difficulties myself... i'm having excess mucus and i have to use acetylcystein due to excess smoking... congratz for quitting for so long.. my longest time so far is 7hours and not more... :(
