Headache

Hi, Ski. I had bad headaches in the beginning, too & still get the occasional one. It won't last forever & it is a sign of healing. If your junkie is trying to tell you that smoking will help, don't believe it for a second. It's the damage from smoking that's causing it. Pamper yourself a little, you're doing a hard thing. You have a headache! It just might be one sign of your body healing!! However, do take the support specialist advice just in case...your body is going to go through so many healings and it will be wonderful!! One of my favorite healings is how my fingers are all clear - when they used to be burned up from where I would hold my ciggie... Ski, You body is healing and you will experience some symptoms. This is normal, so try and get some extra sleep to help your body adjust. If this persists, contact your doctor to rule out anything medical :) Josie, Support Specialist

Had bad headache last night. I know its withdrawl, I actually thought about going and getting a pack last night just so my headache would go away. I did'nt though, I just went and took a nap/tried to. Hope the headache is not going to be a daily thing.
