Hi Dee, Everything you're feeling is normal so keep hanging in there, okay? Make sure you're drinking lots of water to help with those cravings and flush your system. Keep coming here and venting anytime you need to. We do understand are here to help you though the rough times. I promise, it will get better. Keep hanging there Dee! One day at a time, it always feels better the next day, Keep that thought in mind today! You will make it, we all did. Try sucking or chewing on a straw, I found a sharp inhale on a straw really helped. :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 86 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 2,150 Amount Saved: $907.30 Life Gained: Days: 10 Hrs: 12 Mins: 53 Seconds: 54

Wasn't sure I was going to make it through yesterday without a smoke but since I didn't have any and didn't want to go to the store all red eyed, I made it. A few crying spells ( that is rare for me ) and a crappy don't care attitude. I got on here and read some posts but really didn't feel like writting any of my own. Feeling a little better today so far. You all are doing so great, hang in there. I'm still hanging in there too!
