Reset that meter, be honest w/yourself and dig deep. Is the commitment to quit there? You sure? And ask yourself - is your desire to quit strong than your desire to smoke? Be honest. Spend time here and get really honest with self. You have to decide if you want to smoke or not, you cannot do both. Regroup, rekindle, revise, restart, revamp, redo, reset, and when you return, we will all be here to help! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/5/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 71 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 1,798 Amount Saved: $749.05 Life Gained: Days: 8 Hrs: 16 Mins: 26 Seconds: 45

Now that you got my attention are you ready for my ramble :eg: First do as Gonna suggested, reset your quit meter. Review the tools again. Ask yourself do I really want to quit. Do you? Do you really? Then set a quit date and get your tools ready and quit. I know how hard quitting can be. I have been trying like crazy for a year now. I have lost count on how many times I have had to reset and start all over again  For me when they say NOPE that is exactly what it means NOT ONE PUFF EVER!!! I thought I could get by with a puff or maybe just one and then I was off to the races and had to come here and get honest again. Thank goodness they don't kick you off; they welcome you back. I agree the first couple weeks are okay. For me I think I get bored and wanted to smoke. Or could it be I am a addict? For whatever the reason I am not going to give this quit away. Find what you need to do and join us. We will be here for you anytime. Not really, just trying to get your attention. I'm confessing, but not on that subject. I've been smoking off and on since my quit date of March 18. I'm not happy with it and I'm not happy without it. Crap, what a mess! The first few weeks are always so easy and then things go down hill. Any suggestions?
